GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Participation in Colormecreole LLC is subject to these official terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”), which may be modified from time to time without prior notice. Colormecreole LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, so it is important for you to check the Terms & Conditions periodically.

  2. Please be sure to make COLORMECREOLE LLC aware of any food allergens vegan or gluten free needs as all needs will be accommodated.

  3. Every client will receive a proposal followed by a invoice once an agreement has been made in writing.

  4. The client is required to provide adequate/full kitchen to allow for preparation and cooking of food on site as mentioned on @colormecreoleLA INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT regularly. If there is not a full kitchen on site the client is required to explain that to Chef Creole at least 2 weeks in advance to allow to proper planning.

  5. A deposit will be required at the time of booking. If your inquiry is less than 1 month in advance you will be subject to a larger deposit. Your deposit will reserve your date and time for Colormecreole LLC. All remaining balances are due 24 hours prior to your event(s) NO exceptions. If your balance is not paid 24 hours prior to your event, catering/chef services will NOT be provided. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
